Payment now also accepted by credit card and by Paypal
To date, only 750 copies (plus a few overruns) have been printed of the maximum of 1000, and each book (other than review or library copies) is numbered.
The price is A$375 per copy inclusive of tax, packed and sent anywhere in the world.
The leather option adds a leatherbound slip case for the normal book and this has a reproduction metal XK120 badge on its face. The price of these is A$550 which includes of course the book and slipcase as well as postage and packing anywhere.
Bulk supplies are now held by Paul Skilleter in the UK and Steve Kennedy in Colorado, USA, so that orders can be received more quickly at UK, European and US addresses.

- Australian Orders: Direct transfer, to include any bank fees so that the net amount received is A$375 or A$550, to the account of JT Publications with National Australia Bank, 255 George St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia, BSB 082 057 Account no. 16 609 3104.
NB: Please include your name in the transfer documentation so we know who has made the payment. This is essential. - Overseas Orders: Direct transfer, to include any bank fees so that the net amount received is A$375 or A$550, to the account of JT Publications with National Australia, Bank Swift code: NATAAU3302S, Branch: 255 George St, Sydney, 2000 NSW, Australia, BSB: 082-057, Account No: 16-609-3104.
UK and European orders will apparently need to quote an IBAN number, which is AU 082 057 16609 3104 (but without the spaces).
NB: Please include your name in the transfer documentation so we know who has made the payment. This is essential. - Cheque, in Australian dollars drawn on a bank with an Australian address, in favour of JT Publications and posted to Terry McGrath, 3 Grange Court, Eden Hill WA 6054, Australia. If the cheque is not drawn by the person ordering, please write the name of the person ordering on the back.

Payment can be made using a credit card - via the PayPal website.
You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to make a payment - any major credit will work.

Please don't forget to also complete the form below, so that we know who sent us the payment and where to send the book.
Please note that some Australian buyers have had problems with collecting their books from PO boxes. The book is large and the Post Office is meant to leave a card in your PO box to advise you that the book has arrived.
